Medicinal and Traditional Uses:
                  i. Roots, leaves, flowers and fruits are mainly used in treating bronchitis, cold,      whooping cough and asthma.
                             ii.  Traditionally, flowers are used for treating tuberculosis.
                         iii.    Poultice from the leaves is applied for healing wounds, rheumatic pains and       edema.
                              iv.   Useful in excessive menstrual bleeding.

          Anthelmintic, Antispasmodic, Anti-asthmatic, Antitussive
